1.  Initiate (in China ) the fitting mode of double turnplates ( or rotating disc ),with 16 outer races matched with 16 inner races ( for miniature bearings ), and 10 outer races matched with 10 inner races ( for small bearings ). The fitting effciency is almost 100% and the first-grade rate of products is 99%.

Advanced PLC (OMRON CP1H type PLC) is used for its control system with powerful fuction of data collecting and processing,and the reliability is very high.For the interface languages of its Touch screen, a switchover of Chinese/English is avaiable.
